No matter what opportunity you come across, whether it’s MLM or Internet Marketing, you’ll find after mentioning it to a number of people, it won’t take too long before you hear the phrase “If It’s That Good Everybody Will Be Doing It”. If Richard Branson or Alan Sugar had that mentality, do you think they would be in the position they’re in today?
We all have the same 24 hours in a day, so what sets us apart? I personally believe it’s how big you dream. If you want something bad enough, you will achieve if you work for it, as long as you don’t give up.
Setting goals is probably one of the key elements to succeed but it wasn’t one of my strong points. Setting goals gives purpose to what you want to achieve and recently despite being bad at setting goals, I had achieved a few goals and believe me, it’s an incredible feeling.
Everyday, we’re surrounded by people who generally believe doing anything other than watch TV or go to the local pub is absolute lunacy. Why? Are these people who do nothing but just exist, happy with their lives? Give them a chance to do something different with their lives and they will look at you as though you’ve lost your mind. Although these same people want something to happen for the better in their lives, they’re not prepared to do it for themselves.
So, when it comes to MLM or Internet Marketing, it takes an exceptional person to work at it. Going through all the highs and lows along the way and continue even when things go drastically wrong. I’ve come across many stories regarding rags to riches which will prove the title above to be absolute nonsense. It will be an excuse because people are comfortable with what they have.
A few years ago, I was given this advice by a successful business person, “Be Greatfull For What You Have, But Don’t Be Satisfied”. It makes so much sense if we want to progress. It’s how athletes think too, otherwise nothing new would ever be achieved.
But where do you start? What do you do to make your life better? If MLM isn’t what you’re interested in and you’re unsure about most opportunities online, why not look at the Ebay opportunity. There are thousands of people like you and me who sell through ebay. It isn’t hard and you could earn a substantial amount of money if done right. There are tools which you could use to help you. Tools such as Terapeak which you can find through google.
Terapeak is a tool which helps you research what’s hot and what’s not. It has a number of features to help you with your research but it’s best if you check it out yourself. However, there is a fee to using this, which starts at $24.95 monthly or $197.95 yearly. This is a must for anyone who is looking to make good money out of ebay but when starting out its best to build good feedback and sell unwanted items from around the home first.
For a great way to learn how to sell on ebay, go to www.easyebaysecrets.co.uk. You will find two DVDs packed with information taught by Adam Ginsberg. Adam Ginsberg is the most successful person on ebay who went on to earn $20 million in four years and he shows you how he did it on these DVDs. Do You Know A Good Opportunity?
Filed under: Easy Ebay Secrets;2 CommentsHow do you know when an opportunity is a good opportunity when it presents itself? Does it slap you around the face and say “Look At Me, I’m Your Ticket To Whatever You Want”? Or is it someone who offers you such a great job and pays you a substantial amount of money without you having to sign any contracts, therefore risking nothing? To my knowledge, nothing’s that simple.
In my opinion, there is an opportunity for everyone to better themselves financially, even in this economic crisis. knowing what it is the best opportunity may not be all that hard. Information is everywhere and readily available, it’s up to you to check them all out.
I’ve personally done a few opportunities, Amway, Euphony and Planline to name a few. Fourteen years ago I tried Amway for a couple of years, going to meetings, talking to people about the opportunity and trying to sell products. It was a great opportunity, I just wasn’t very good at it and I was overwhelmed with the amount of products I had to get to know.
Euphony was somewhat different when it came to the products, I only had to worry about one, a telephone service. Euphony was a company which rivalled BT and was the first ever phone company to introduce free local calls. The calls were cheaper than BT beyond the free calls whether it was local, national or international. The business plan was similar to Amway’s but again, weren’t very good at it. Now there was one incident, I’d like to share with you. I approached one of my work colleagues at the time about the Euphony service, bought proof that it saves money and with no contracts to commit to, I thought he’d at least look into it. However, despite the fact I could help him save £5 or more on a monthly basis,he had a big bill. He refused because I could earn a 2% commission from Euphony for his bill. Two pence in every pound is not a great deal but it must have been to him for refusing to save over £60 a year.
But how do we know when an opportunity is good? I think most realise when an opportunity’s good is when it’s too late. However, one opportunity I’ve ignored for so long, is Ebay. Why? I always assumed ebay was a marketplace for individuals to sell off personal items they no longer want and for High Street shops to set up an online store. How wrong was I? Perhaps if I looked into this in more detail before Amway and other network marketing businesses, I could of saved myself time, money and in some cases friends.
What can I say about ebay? Well it’s a ready made website, it attracts the most traffic on the net and you can sell virtually anything, as long as you stick to ebay rules. You can start on a low budget and work your way up. Nobody has to know you, just be honest with what you’re selling and build up good feedback. It’s easy to learn what to do even a child could do it. What more could you ask for?
If you want to know how you can take advantage of ebay, go to easyebaysecrets and see if it’s for you.

The Ebay Guy
Filed under: Easy Ebay Secrets;1 CommentAlthough success is not unique on ebay, there’s roughly only 724,000 who are making regular incomes either full time or part time. Compared to the number of visitors ebay gets, that’s just a drop in the ocean. Adam Ginsberg has the most success on ebay and is known by all other internet marketers as the ebay guy.
Adam Ginsberg who is best known for his teachings about ebay became so successful on ebay, that within 4 years starting an ebay business in 2001, he earned himself $20 million in sales and reached Titanium Power Seller, ebay’s highest level. He went on to write books on the subject, featured in magazines such as Fortune Magazine and also appeared on television shows such as NBC’s The Big Idea.
Adam started ebay by accident. Before he started in 2001, he had a business selling pool tables. His mother suggested to him to sell his pool tables on ebay. At the time, he had no desire or interest in ebay but after a lengthy time of nagging from his mother, he reluctantly tried ebay just to stop is mum from nagging.
There are so many methods to making money on ebay, even Adam Ginsberg can’t cover beyond the basics when appearing as guest speaker on seminars such as The World Internet Summit or Internet Millionaire Incubator. But despite the fact most people who attend these seminars have little or no experience on ebay, he does have training programs available for everybody. Whether you’re new to ebay or earning thousands a week, Adam Ginsberg will have something to teach you.
One of the key elements to success on ebay, is to build up good feedback. This is why you should start selling items from around the home first. The higher number of feedbacks you have, the more likely a person is going to do business with you, assuming its all good.
Once you’ve moved on from selling your unwanted stuff, knowing what to sell is the next step. Now this maybe easy for you if you have a hobby or interest which you could produce an income from. You may already have access to stock to sell on ebay. But if you don’t know what to sell, you will have to do some research.
If you check out pulse.ebay which is a place on ebay where you can find exactly what people are looking for, you will find the top ten searches on ebay in the most popular searches list. These are items people were looking for in the ebay search engine and will give you some indication of what’s hot at the moment. At the time of writing, Wii was number one and Nintendo Wii was number two. Although they maybe the same product, it’s what people type in and therefore results in the top 2 of the list. There are also other branded products by Sony and Apple in the top ten. However, the chances of you getting these products to sell on ebay are very slim.
What Adam Ginsberg recommends when looking for products to sell, is not chase what’s hot at the moment. Here’s why, by the time you realize the product is hot it’s not. The reason being, by the time you realize a product is hot everybody else does too which means more competition, which means more choices for potential customers which results in less profit.
When deciding what to sell, do as much research as possible, you’ll eventually find niche markets that are untapped and while pulse.ebay is a great way to start your research, there are other areas on the internet which can help you.
To attend one of Adam Ginsberg’s live training events, students can pay up to $5000. To learn the strategies from home, you can pay just a fraction of the price. Adam Ginsberg has helped change the lives of countless people worldwide, it’s no wonder he’s called the ebay guy. Easy Ebay Selling
Filed under: Easy Ebay Secrets, Easy Ebay Selling; No CommentsIt can be overwhelming stating something new such as selling on ebay, but with the right information to follow, you will find it easy as time goes by. In fact, once you get started and find people buying your stuff, Which They Will, you may find yourself getting addicted, which isn’t a bad thing if you’re selling. It just shows how enjoyable success on ebay can be.
When starting out on ebay, it’s best to sell unwanted items from around the home first, to learn from whatever mistakes you’re likely to make. This is so that you know what you’re doing when the time comes to selling profitable goods. For you will make mistakes, ebay like everything else will be an experience you will inevitably make mistakes on. There is however, information products out there that will help you develop on ebay quicker than trying to teach yourself and will show you the likely mistakes to avoid. Copying someone who has achieved success in anything in life is something we all do to succeed ourselves, whether it’s learning to drive or playing guitar, ebay is no different.
When selling your items, it is advised to prepare what you’re going to sell before setting up your account, so that you know what you’re selling. Find out the cost of postage and packaging too. This is where many sellers go wrong. Quite often, a seller goes off the pricing of postage and packaging of other sellers who are selling the same kind of item, which turns out to be completely wrong and can lose money. Ebay is easy once you know what you’re doing but 98% of sellers do not know what they are doing. So, to avoid making the mistakes and losing money, use whatever’s the safest and cheapest way of sending your items to a customer and in a way they’re likely to appreciate.
The cheapest way of packaging your items is to use whatever you have around the house if possible. You can Re-use old boxes or jiffy bags for example. Use old newspapers or shredded paper as padding to keep your item secure and safe. Alternatively, if you don’t have old packages or padding, go to ebay, you’ll find whatever you need at a much cheaper cost than you would going to a shop.
For postage, weigh the item first, then, if you’re in the UK, go to the Royal Mail website where you’ll find a pricelist for sending packages and then you’ll know how much to charge your potential customer. If you don’t have anything to weigh your item, go to your local Post Office and they will gladly weigh it for you.
Once you have accomplished the above and ready to list your item, be sure to have a good camera to take pictures with, preferably a digital camera. If you don’t have a camera, you’ll need a scanner to copy your pictures to your computer. It’s best to use natural light and take as many pictures as possible to have plenty to choose from. Try and have as many pictures as you can in your listing but remember after your first picture which is free, there is a fee for the following pictures. To avoid such costs, there are templates available online. I will cover this in later articles.
You can virtually sell anything on ebay. The first item to be sold was a broken laser pointer. The buyer of this item was a collector of broken laser pointers. A few years ago, I came across a listing selling a pair of dirty grubby socks, which had plenty of bidders. But I wouldn’t recommend selling such things.
To learn the basics and find techniques known only to a few, copy Adam Ginsberg, ebay’s most successful seller, as he teaches behind closed doors, a few students lucky enough to be there. Follow in his footsteps and you too can achieve success. Go to easyebaysecrets for more information.
